Configuring the Supervisor Account

After configuring your Supervisor account as described here, be sure to use the same steps to configure the Unaddressed user mailbox account. Until automatic routing is configured (see Automatic Routing and PBX System Integration), all incoming faxes will be stored in the Unaddressed mailbox.

To configure your supervisor account, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on your Supervisor mailbox and select Properties.

2. The User Properties screen includes a variety of user configuration parameters.

3. Click the Set Password button to open the Change Password screen and set a new password.
